Satin Pothos (Scindapsus pictus) is a trailing houseplant with velvety, heart-
shaped leaves and silvery spots. It's native to Southeast Asia, loved for its
elegant, cascading vines. This plant thrives in various indoor conditions,
making it a stylish choice for hanging baskets or shelves. Its soft sheen
gives it a “satin” appearance, enhancing any room's decor effortlessly.
* Light: Bright, indirect light is ideal. It tolerates low light but grows slowly in direct sunlight.
* Watering: Let the top 1–2 inches of soil dry out between waterings. Water less frequently in cooler months. Avoid overwatering; yellowing leaves indicate it.
* Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity. Average indoor humidity is fine, but increased humidity helps thrive, especially in winter. Use a humidifier or mist.
* Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix. Aroids or general potting soil with added perlite or orchid bark is great for aeration.
* Temperature: Keep it between 65–85°F (18–29°C). Protect from drafts and cold temperatures below 60°F (15°C).
* Fertilizing: Feed once a month during spring and summer with a balanced, diluted houseplant fertilizer. No need in winter.
* Pruning: Prune to control length or encourage bushiness. Satin Pothos is easy to propagate—just snip a vine below a node and root it in water or moist soil.
*PLANT ONLY. POT SOLD SEPARATELY*
